Ecotech Resources, Inc. is a full-service environmental project management and consulting firm located in Berkeley, California. Founded by career environmental consultant and US Navy veteran J. Jeffrey Root, our mission is to provide the same level of experience and specialization expected from a large firm, but in a nimble, responsive, and efficient small-firm footprint. Ecotech is certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
